Dawson currently holds positions as Non-Executive Chairman of both L3 Technology Ltd and Provexis Plc, where he lead the team who successfully completed a reverse takeover flotation of the company onto the AIM market in June 2005.
An internationally experienced Director with over 30 years experience at senior management and non-executive level, Dawson has founded and built a multitude of companies individually, as well as initiating and innovating substantial change within large international corporations in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe.
Dawson has a distinguished career spanning a range of industries, with high profile management positions including: Electronic Alarms Ltd, Group Chief Executive of Automated Security Holdings plc, Senior Vice President of Sensormatic Electronic Corporation Inc, President of Sensormatic International and Deputy Chief Executive ANGLE plc.
