IIPSEC 2008 (29th - 31st Jan, Stoneleigh Park) |

AlwaysON was delighted to be an IIPSEC Finalist for the Best Application Award in recognition of its innovative IP over ISDN solution for a major Grocery chain.
IIPSEC is Europe's premier security technology event, and the 2008 show's focus was on Unravelling the Mysteries of Networked Security and BMS (Building Management Services) Technology. This year's recognition for AlwaysON builds on last year's success as Best Software Product award winner, for the AlwaysON private and secure (MPLS IP VPN) network services.
The AlwaysON IP (Internet Protocol) wide area network (WAN) is fully managed from end-to-end and features plug & play routers that require no IP skills to install. The AlwaysON network is totally private and secure because it does not touch the Public Internet, even when using ADSL Broadband connections.
IIPSEC 2008 highlighted the true potential of IP in the security and building management services industries, with AlwaysON's ability to remove the complexity and challenges of the wide area connections proving a big hit.
With the latest in security and network solutions under one roof, show visitors were able to attend a seminar programme that includes technical seminars, break-out sessions and case studies, and hear AlwaysON's Sales and Marketing Director Simon Cross explain in straightforward terms the benefits of a Private Internet wide area network for the monitoring of remote sites.
