Well known within the International Communications, Technology and Security community Dawson Buck has joined AlwaysON as Chairman. He brings with him vast experience with fast growing service and technology organisations and enables them to realise their full potential. [2] Customer Service is top priority with new Director appointed
Consistent with the policy of delivering the best customer service in the sector AlwaysON have appointed a long-time communications and security industry service leader - Steve Smith. The impact of his joining has created a customer focussed culture which has resulted in a re-structuring to create a Customer Services Department managed by Martin Dudley. Within his remit falls the Help Desk, now manned 24/7, and the ongoing management of the customer relationship. A Focus Group of Customers and Partners is being created to ensure future developments respond to the requirements of the market, more on that next issue. More on ISO 9000 too.

[8] Major Public Sector VPN win connects 2000 home-based staff
A £4 million plus multi year contract is now delivering Secure Remote Access to central applications used by 2000+ home-based staff. This Public Sector contract was managed by LogicaCMG and required a Secure, Scalable, Flexible solution. Nationwide coverage was required with Secure Multiple Access methods. It also needed to be Cheap to Install, Easy to Use and Easy to Administer. AlwaysON ticked all the boxes and scored 10/10 for this challenging project.

[9] Retail sees the benefits of Private Managed Networks
From the largest of retailers like Tesco and Lidl, to Owner managed chains like Little London the benefits of the AlwaysON Private Managed VPN solution are being realised. Tesco faced with an urgent requirement relating to Secure CCTV transmission turned to AlwaysON for an easy to administer and manage solution.
