AlwaysON has made it quick and easy to specify and price a Contact Centre. The first step is to specify the number and type of user licences (these are explained in the links at the bottom of this page).
An Excel Quote Pad enables an instant price to be obtained for the service.
When the user licences have been specified, a fully functional Contact Centre can be provisioned.
It only remains to select the required service options from the menu. AlwaysON recommends that its customers start with a basic service, then add functionality on-demand. This ability to grow into the service is one of the many advantages of a hosted on-demand Contact Centre compared to a premise-based service.
