The AlwaysON Contact Centre service spans user requirements from basic PBX telephony through Microsoft Office integration to high-end Contact Centre capabilities - it is only necessary to select the required licence type per user to implement a seamless, scalable on-demand voice and contact service.

 

Regardless of licence type, the following features are available to all users.

 

 Feature Description
Audio Conferencing Users can set up three party conferences.  Larger conferences are possible with addition conferencing feature.
Auto Attendant menu options A menu can be easily configured to give callers options to direct their call.  Up to two levels can be set up.
Call Barring Manage and limit the scope for costly unauthorised calls and call locations
Call forwarding/ diversion Calls are redirected to a contact number or voicemail when you are not available or out of the Office.
Call Pick-Up Answer a call to another extension from your own phone
Call Queuing with music on Hold
(requires added lICEnse for music)
Calls will stay in queue if no agent is available to answer them.  Callers will hear hold music and messages whilst in queue.
Call Routing by Time, Location, Dialled number, Auto Attendant Calls can be intelligently routed depending on the time of day, the caller’s number, the number dialled or which options were selected in the auto-attendant.
Call Transfer Pass a call to another extension or any external number, including mobiles
Call Waiting Lets you know, while you're engaged on another call, that a caller is trying to contact you.
Custom greeting/on hold messages Users can record their own greeting and on hold messages if required.
Daily Statistical reports A series of standard reports are sent automatically to the customer each day detailing the contacts and statistics of the previous day.
Day/ Night Mode The system can be set up the play a closed message outside normal working hours or holidays.  Alternatively, calls can be directed to a voice mail box.
Caller Display See the caller's phone or extension number before you answer (you'll need a caller-display phone or unit)
Free calls between extensions All calls on the network are free so calls between extensions, multiple sites or home workers are free of charge.
Free inter Office calls As calls on the network are free, calls between multiple sites or to home workers are also free of charge.
Music on Hold & Recorded message Users can select their preferred music on hold and record their own greeting and other messages.
Repeat Last Call Code Calling  Redial the last number called and store regularly used numbers
Soft phone application for user desktop Users will have a toolbar installed on their Computer to control their calls.  This will also show information about incoming calls and how busy the system is.
Transfer, Hold & Conference calls Calls can be transferred to other extensions or external numbers.  Callers can also be put on hold.
Voicemail accessed by Phone, Email or Web A complete web configurable voicemail system.  Messages can be stored until retrieved, pushed back to the user or sent via an email attachment
