User account without license to logon (a Concurrent licence is required for log-in rights).
This enables individual agent preferences, administrative and performance data to be stored, and is used when there are more agents that concurrent call capability. This is common in contact centres that operate shifts or resource the centre from a pool of agents.
Each concurrent agent license includes an individual agent portal for saving preferences, etc. So, if a maximum of 5 agents are loged-on at any one time from a pool of 15, 5 concurrent licences are required and 10 individual agent licences.
